Quick Review: Logan

Logan is a fitting swansong for Jackman, who has been a brilliant Wolverine for 17 years! A solid action movie with great performances by the legendary Jackman and Stewart, as well as the new addition in X-23 (Dafne Keen) who delivers where other young X-Men actors have fallen very short.

It must be said that the first 5 minutes of this movie is more violent than all the previous X-movies combined. They really go all out to deserve their R-rating – but it doesn’t feel forced, and of course some blood will be spilt if your protagonist has claws.

Logan delivers and might go a long way to help us forget some of the complete crap this franchise has served up.

Fare thee well Mr Jackman, it will be damn difficult to replace you.
